Once again its creature day and I'm sure this day probably really BUGS you.

Anyway,
Here's a small garden spider that was lurking around my pool house
door in Texas. I had gone there to do some work on my house several
months ago. She was guarding the door from intruders.
    I remember these things when I was a kid. They are quite colorful and
pretty large. This one was probably about 3.5 inches in length from leg to leg.
    And I really don't think that she appreciated having her photo taken either.
