Okay, I don't know what the actual name of these are but when I was a
kid we called them Butter Cups. I have found out over the years that this is not true.

After I took this picture I dug down into the grass below and found that
many ant colonies often use these flowers as communication devices. I
discovered that they had very small wires and cables leading down into the
ant colony where they had a whole communications network and have been
tracking our satellite communications for years in preparation for some kind
of invasion.
    Upon further investigation I found that they watch a lot of HBO, MTV,
ESPN, and yes, the Home Shopping Network.
        The Jerry Springer Show was also up on the top of their list.
