When I was younger and lived in Oregon we would sometimes take a drive
over to the coast and the small town of Depoe Bay.
    There they had a small aquarium that you could go to and actually feed
the seals.
    After some time these seals had mastered the art of persuasion to try to
sway your favor towards themselves in an attempt to get you to throw your
food to them instead of the other seals.
    Some of them had some really amazingly creative methods for getting
people's attention.
    This one here enjoyed getting right up against the glass and howling so
you would throw food.
