* Black Bear *

    The Skyline Drive is a real neat drive that runs along the top of the
Blue Ridge Mountains and the Appalachian Trail.

    While driving yesterday I noticed a car stopped on the side of the road.
They were looking at a small, young, black bear that was browsing around
along side the road.
    I got out to take a few pictures and as I got closer it took an interest
in me and decided to follow me back to the car. Unsure of its true
intentions, and noticing the extremely long claws, I got a few nice shots,
including this one, and retreated back to my car and drove on my way.
