* Wild Blue Flax *
I found this little flower on the top of Black
Butte in Oregon. The closest match I could find in my book was
the Wild Blue Flax. However mine looks more blue than the purple
ones in the book and much smaller and spindly. I think that it
may be because of the slightly different altitude at the top of
the 6436' peak. Maybe because of a little less oxygen.
