Here's a picture I took several years ago from the front yard of my house in Dallas, Texas. The sunset with the low overcast made for some beautiful colors that the camera really wasn't able to capture. In the bottom right hand corner of the picture, just beside the LaCosta street sign you can just make out an American flag. About a quarter of a mile away, this is a flag that waved above a Nissan dealership down the road and across the freeway. At one time this flag was said to be the largest American flag in the country. Now I find that hard to believe because I could swear I've seen some that have covered a whole football field. Perhaps this was the largest hanging flag.
