This little butterfly is
called a Pine White. I saw lots of these along the hiking trails in
Oregon. They seemed to enjoy the clearings in the woods where the sun
was shining through the trees. It was a beautiful sight watching them
fly all about in the sunlight. With them being so white they seemed to
sparkle. At one point there were so many of them they were flying and
landing all over me. I couldn't really get a picture of the moment
because they kept moving around so much but I did get quite a few
pictures of them here on the plants and a few with me petting some.
