As I was driving across Newfoundland in the morning I noticed all these small red flowers. Stopping to stretch my legs for a bit I noticed that they hadn't quite opened up yet. I figured that I'd wait until later and get a shot of them in full bloom.

Well, later came and I noticed that they were no longer as red as they were before. Like you see in the picture they have a lighter orange inside and the colors along the side of the road seem to change as they all open into full bloom.

These flowers seemed to be similar to a dandelion but with the blooms about half the size.
