Now check this out. This was unbelievable. Today, Sunday, I took a detour off of the main freeway, I-95, and onto highway 2 for a little better scenery. After much riding, almost all the way across Maine, I stopped into a small diner to have lunch. Then over to a small motel to take a shower, log onto the web, and leave. After I finished I packed up all my gear and dropped off the key to the manager who told me that a young lady had just came by about an hour prior and dropped off some information. She was walking across the country to raise money and awareness to epilepsy.

Now for the unbelievable part. I went to school with Karla in a small town in Oregon. Right after school she moved out to Kansas and I moved to Texas and then to Virginia. We hadn't seen each other in over 20 years.

What an amazing world we live in.
