I just love to watch the pelicans. They seem like such and awkward creature on land, but in the air they appear to be incredibly graceful. It amazes me how they can glide so close across the surface of the water for such long distances, seemingly effortlessly. 

This one here was with a group, not far from Tampa, Florida, on my way down to the Keys.
