This summer in Virginia has been saturated by rain. Its seems that we've had very few days that it didn't rain. Some of the thunderstorms were quite intense. Like this one a few weeks ago, where I just pointed the camera to the north and started taking picture after picture. I knew, with the frequency of strikes that I'd have to get something. This was actually one of the least spectacular. I would have tried to get more but the wind and rain forced me back inside.
