I knew I had a picture of a Regal Blue Tang (Paracanthurus hepatus).
Also affectionately known as the character, "Dory" from the movie,
 "Finding Nemo".

Coincidentally, I took this picture back in 1998, while visiting the city aquarium in, none other than, 
Sydney, Australia.
