* The Moment *

As I have stated before, the best part of a sunset is not the actual moment that the sun falls beyond the horizon, but actually quite some time after. When the angle of the sun has a chance to shine upward onto the bottoms of the clouds, we can see the more brilliant colors.

So many times I have stopped to watch and admire a sunset and noticed other people doing the same. After the sun hits the horizon, they leave, and often miss a wonderful display of colors and light.

This picture was taken in Florida, about a hundred miles north of Tampa.
