* Trash Dumps *

I apologize for the past few images, but I occasionally have to show the reality that we have to fight against in this world. Whether it be abuse and devastation of a forested area, abuse of our fellow humans or animals, or abuse to our environment. We need to react and work to make a better future for our descendants.

This image, also used in yesterday's Graphical, was taken in Baja Mexico. I found dumps like this on the outskirts of all the towns I rode through. I'm not sure if it was common, but it seemed like they just dumped all their trash alongside the highways, just a few miles out of town. Here in the states, are we any better, just because we take it a little further out of plain sight? Either way, its still trash, and its still dumping it into our environment.

I eat meat, but I surely don't want to have any part in the death of the animals that is comes from. But it still does not mean that the animal didn't die or suffer in some way. Some of us just put our garbage outside, in front of our house, the trash collector comes, and we never see it again. But it still doesn't mean that it isn't sitting in some landfill somewhere, collecting with all the other billions of tons of garbage.

Stay posted to my web site as I will soon be posting information about the project, "Mr. Fusion". An environmental endeavor to reduce landfill waste.
