* Lightning Bolt *

Still chasing those elusive lightning bolts, here is one shot I got this past week. I was a little disappointed because this was only one bolt and not nearly as impressive as so many others I have been witness to. I am still wanting that big display with lightning all over the sky. But I guess I should feel fortunate to get this one. You wouldn't believe how many shots I have taken just trying to get one good image.

Boy, you never realize how quick and random lightning can be until you are standing outside trying to take a picture of it. It makes me wish I had a better camera. One that I can set up with a really long exposure.
