* Playing in the Water *

Several years ago, while in D.C., I watched and admired the children as they played in the water near the Washington Monument.. Of course, being an adult, I was much too old to go and play in the water as well. But trust me, I certainly did want to go push all the kids out of the way and jump in myself.
