February, 1998. This is self portrait of me while following a very precarious trail, along a sheer drop-off cliff, to the bottom of the Wentworth Waterfalls in the Australia outback. Just a few hours outside of Sydney, this place was truly breathtaking. From the top of the waterfalls I could see that waster as it seemingly dropped off the world as it fell, out of sight, through the fog below. Then, finally at the bottom, it appeared as though the water was coming right out of the clouds, which, at that moment, were only about fifty feet above me.
