* Saving The Planet *

As one of my aspirations and goals to be a super-hero, it has become apparent that they won't renew my membership into the Hall of Super-Heroes, stating that, I actually have to do something "heroic". Yeah, they said that there was some kind of clause in the by-laws. Go figure. I said, "But what about that motorcycle trip around the country?"
Whereas they reminded me that it didn't really accomplish anything productive at all, and it was basically just a trip that "I" wanted to take. Hmm, I guess they had a reasonably viable point there. Although I tried to direct attention to the "
Nature Conservancy" and to the preservation and conservation of our wildlife and natural resources, it really didn't seem to make a difference.

So I decided to join forces with my uncle, who had been aggressively working on this process of breaking down garbage and sewage waste into oils, gases, and other valuable resources. So I found myself in awe when I pondered the potential global ramifications of such an endeavor. Not only reclaiming valuable materials and elements, but also providing the world with an alternate fuel supply. While at the same time, helping to eliminate the growing threat of landfill waste and refuse on our planet. This thing could be huge and its something that desperately needs to be done.

So I've been helping with the concepts and plans of eventually automating the process and have been working on the technological aspects and the business proposals and providing all the graphic designs and artwork. Including this new image that is proposed to be used as a logo and graphic for future documentation and presentations.

So, with all this in mind I readdressed the council and proposed the concept and the plans to the Hall of Super-Heroes. They organized another meeting and very carefully looked over all the data and information. They examined all the global aspects and implications of such a task and all came to the same conclusions. Yes, the project did present a good and viable point and was an obvious and unquestionable basis to be instated and granted a "Super-Hero" status.
Unfortunately for me, they gave it to my uncle.

When I asked, "What about all the things that I've done?"
They just replied, "Sorry, drawing pretty pictures just doesn't cut it, buddy."
