* Nevada *

This shot was taken on the drive back from the Lake Tahoe area, heading to Reno.

Now this scene, as well as many more from the Lake Tahoe area, is not your typical example of the state of Nevada. I would have to say, from my point of view, that most of the state is comprised of desert, and there's not much to see. Although I'm sure that there's other parts of the state that might be a little more attractive. After all, beauty can be found just about anywhere, if you have an open mind.

But it seems to me that the rest of the country put up their state lines where they could, containing all the wonders and resources as much as possible. Nevada was just what was left over when they were all done.
Then some joker came along and built casinos and brothels. Probably because there was no other reasons to go to Nevada. And apparently no laws set in place against such debauchery.
