These are some fascinating creatures, but often times a nuisance. I currently have one that just loves to plow holes into my house. But it astounds me how a creature like this can continuously slam its head into a solid piece of wood, so hard, and not knock itself completely unconscious. And yet still be able to fly away at any given moment. That's one amazing animal.

This one was found up on Mt. Lemmon, trying to drill holes in my friend's cabin.
