* Too Late? * |
Sometimes I'm not able to catch the sunset until it's too late. Kind of like this one here where the brilliant colors have already started to fade a bit. Now don't get me wrong, I like this shot, but as you can see some of the gray clouds reveal that the sun has set too far and is no longer reflecting upon them.
Now, as I do with all my images, I never delete any of them, even if they are out of focus or even if they are not all that impressive. For one reason, they are all digital and I just keep backing them all up onto inexpensive CD's, and now DVD's.
But another reason that I keep them is that I sometimes will go back through my archives and pick out an image to enhance for some reason. Sometimes a blurry image can be altered to be interesting in many other ways. Or sometimes an average sunset can be enhanced to be a little more impressive. Like this one below.
