Sometimes you just have to wonder what goes through people's minds when they create a new sign, and how it might be read or interpreted.
Like this one here.
I mean how does an aircraft
actually "enforce" the speed limit? Gun turrets? Bombing runs? Or just
landing on the cars themselves?
No, they call a ground vehicle to actually go in and "enforce" the
speed limit.
