NEXT

When you think about it, it's kind of an odd statement, isn't it? I mean, how can you get in out of anything?

Anyway, the other day a big heavy rain came along and all the little birds came into my deck area to get out of the rain. After opening the door most of them scattered back into the rain and to the Palo Verde tree on the side of the deck.

It made me wonder what they might be thinking.
 "You know this rain is awful. But it sure is better than being anywhere near that ogre that lives in that house."
