Boy, I have to tell you, those Kanab police, they're no dummies. 
.........Or are they?

As I rolled into Kanab, Utah, just north of the Arizona border, I drove through the small town and noticed this squad car sitting there, and when it appeared as though there was somebody sitting in the driver's seat, I assumed that they were monitoring the traffic, and like everybody else I slowed down. However, as I got closer and realized that the officer was a dummy I had to laugh. For a moment I thought to myself how silly and ridiculous that was. But then I realized that everybody had slowed down, including me. So it apparently worked, and then I felt like the dummy.
