* Hurricane Ridge *

Just outside of Port Angeles, Washington, in the Olympic Peninsula, is Hurricane Ridge. From this vantage point, on one side you can look out across the Strait of Juan de Fuca and see Vancouver Island and Canada. On the other side of the ridge you can see the Olympic Mountains and the peak of Mt. Olympus. 

Zoomed into the original, high resolution version of this image, you can actually see a handful of people on the clearing of the ridge in the center of the image.
