Okay, now how many stars and stripes are suppose to be on the American Flag? Well I'm thinking 50 stars, and 13 stripes. But I found this flag, with only 15 stars and 15 stripes, at the Baltimore harbor, next to the Seven Foot Knoll Lighthouse Museum.
Now, can anyone tell me why this flag had 15 stars and 15 stripes?
