I guess there's not much to say here that wouldn't be considered inappropriate language. I'm just glad that nobody got hurt.

In a lucky twist, before it tipped over, the Saguaro Environmental Services truck had just barely cleared that Saguaro cactus behind the dumpster. 
How ironic would that have been for Saguaro to get fined for killing a Saguaro?
