A very special thank you to my dear friends Rocky Haddock and Frances Graczyk.

I found this little critter here and was trying to get a good, close-up picture. Unfortunately, every time I moved in to get the close up the thing freaked me out by jumping up onto the lens of the camera so I never got a good shot of it. I assume that it was trying to attack the reflection that it must have seen on the surface of the lens. Either way it gave me the "willies".

Here on this page I'm just going to display some of the beautiful fall colors that I took on my way out of Salisbury, NC. Again I must emphasize that the camera really didn't capture quite how brilliant they truly were.
