* St. John's Wort? *

The closest match I could make from my "Audubon Wildflower Field Guide" was a "Common St. John's Wort". But actually I don't think there was anything common about this flower and it probably isn't even a St. John's Wort. It also could have been the fact that it was way up in the mountains of Glacier National Park, in Northern Montana. The higher altitudes seemed to have various effects on the plant life and many phylum appeared different.
