Now, to put this image into perspective, the total size of this image was about a quarter of an inch wide. Almost walking through this web, at my back door, I noticed hundreds of tiny specs all over it. Obviously, a little closer inspection revealed the specs to be hundreds of tiny spiders, just recently hatched. Not finding the mother, I assumed that they had eaten her shortly after they emerged. Then, as they grew larger, like the one on the right, they appeared to be eating each other.

As only the strong survive in nature, the rest quickly grew and eventually ate my last roommate.

I now welcome my new roommate, Andy.
