 Also known as a Cardinal, this one here was enjoying itself in the mesquite tree outside. While I was trying to figure out how I could get a good close up shot, it jumped out of the tree and onto the framework right outside my window. 

This male was quite busy entertaining that morning, as he was surrounded by about four females.
