As I stepped up to the top of the same view point from yesterday's shot, I saw this guy and a tiny little dog, on a leash. I told him, "Sir, you're not allowed to take the chipmunks from the park." Then I said, "So, where do you put the batteries in that thing."

This shot, since he was holding it up towards the camera, actually makes the little dog look larger than it really was. Trust me, it was pretty tiny. But very friendly, and way too cute. And I have seen rodents much larger than this.
