Okay, a little shameless bragging here. But that is me, with the goofy haircut, there with Gloria Estefan. Remember her? "Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine". Although she had no "Sound Machine" with her at the time, Gloria was extremely friendly and a lot of fun to hang out with. Even though, at the time, she had been touring and was quite exhausted that evening. 

Back in the mid 80's I had the opportunity to attend numerous record signing parties and got lots of back-stage passes. I had met quite a few famous people. From Reba Mackintire, to Yani, to Donny Osmond and numerous others, they were almost all very friendly and wonderful people. Well, with the exception of Yani. But I will refrain from further comment about that.

But then again, they couldn't have been all that famous. After all, my spell checker didn't recognize any of them. Yep, red squiggles all over the page.

I actually don't like to share this picture with very many people because of that stupid hairstyle. But here it is. So I await and anticipate the onslaught of jokes. But hey, you got to cut me some slack. After all, it was the 80's.
