Matt is a good friend from Fredericksburg Virginia. I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know him while I was working, part-time at Picker's Supply. Matt had a great disposition and was always a pleasure to be around. 

Matt was also quite skilled at a variety of instruments. Even with his slight handicap, he seemed to excel beyond that of many other people. It actually took me a while before I noticed it myself, until one day I noticed he was limping and I asked what was wrong. Then he explained to me that his right arm and leg were smaller than the left. 

Being a devout Christian, Matt has a very strong faith in God, and proves it everyday by glowing with a radiance that is often not seen in many people.

Matt also occasionally provided and offered his talents for the Ni River Community Church Band as a bass player and even once gave me a wonderful accompaniment on the mandolin for the song, "Losing my Religion" by REM.

Matt was also involved in the Jeff Greer Band where he displayed his talents in this very impressive band. 

Matt, I miss hanging out with you.
