I was just telling a friend how I never deleted any of my pictures an that I actually made $50 off of a photo that I had that was totally out of focus. I guess the thought came several years ago when I was looking at an ad in a magazine. It was a shot looking up at a jet as it was passing over. The photo was totally out of focus, and to me, looked awful. But apparently somebody liked it enough to print it in a national magazine. Then, later I saw the same photo in other places and I wondered how much the photographer must have gotten paid for that terrible picture. So I decided to just keep all my images, bad or not. Then one day, while sorting through my pictures I played with one of my rotten pictures and performed and simple outline effect, like the one above. I thought it looked cool so I posted it and somebody actually bought a print of it. Go figure. 

This is a picture of my friend, Leon, skydiving and during a landing several years ago. He swooped past me as I got the shot.
