* Desert Mountains * |
It's kind of a weird contrast to look up and see the mountains, with snow on them, and still be right in the middle of a desert.
I recall a visit out here back in 2000, when it snowed at my uncle's house, and I drove out, and away from the mountains and the desert heat and sun immediately melted all the snow off the truck.
