NEXT

 Yesterday, on my way north from Arizona I was going to be crossing the Hoover Dam again. Now I've been through there on numerous occasions, but usually at night, and I thought, a nice brief visit through there this time would provide me with some pictures in the daylight. Well, As it turns out I got a much longer visit than I had anticipated. With the construction around the whole dam area, the traffic had come to a stand-still and I was stuck in the dam traffic for over two hours. Although it was creeping along at a snail pace, it actually came to a complete halt when some biker, who had been breezing through the traffic got picked up by the police at the top, way on the other side of the dam. Why it completely halted the traffic, I have no idea. But when it finally stopped, even though I really didn't care to, I had the best parking spot ever.

I got out and walked around the dam and took numerous pictures from the edge, on both sides. I do plan to post those when I get the time.
