 Just this past Thursday, December 14th, my Aunt, Marvis lost her battle with cancer. 

These past months have been exhaustive for us, and definitely unimaginably tough for her. I still cannot believe all the pain that she went through and the struggle that she had to endure.

All of the time I stayed at the hospital to be there for her throughout the nights, and with my condition, was grueling, and almost overwhelming, and still just didn't seem to be enough, and I just wish that there was more I could have done. Just this past Thursday, for our last visit to the hospital, just seemed all too short when they came out to give us the bad news. And when it was time for us to go, I really didn't feel right in leaving. And for a moment I would have given anything just to have been able to stay the night with her just once more.

A Memorial Service is set for 11:00AM at the Adair Funeral Home, here in Tucson at the Avalon Chapel location.
