Howdy Everyone!
Yesterday I had a mountain top experience! It was so neat! I started walking really early and reached the summit of Douglas Pass around 8am. It was still fairly cool out and the walk down was nice. The scenery was spectacular. Douglas Pass is 8,268 in elevation.
I was going to call someone from the Epilepsy Foundation in Grand Jct to come and get me when I was done for the day, but my phone said "No Service" on it, so I ended up bumming a ride back into town.
Today I'm going on a rafting trip with the Epilepsy support group in Grand Jct. It's suppose to be 90+ today so it should be nice on the water. I'll finish walking to GJ on sat & sun.
