* Ni River Web Site *

Pictured here is a shot of the Ni River band during practice one morning. Yeah that's me up front and on the right. The youth pastor had taken the photo and touched it up with a bright red-orange color. Then he posted it to the Ni River web site. www.NiRiver.org. So the credits for the original image here would have to go to Dave Schlee of Fredericksburg, VA. All I did was change it to blue.

Now, I was certainly honored in having my picture on the very front page of the web site. But I was still a little concerned about the image looking like everything was on fire. So I couldn't help myself and decided to convert everything to nice and peaceful soothing shades of blue.

Last time I checked, the red (fiery) image was still on the web site. But not on the very front page.
It was here: http://www.niriver.org/Pages/OurServices.asp

Actually the Ni River band is not necessarily a defined band and does not usually consist of the same members from one week to the next. As they often times have the great opportunity to be able to welcome musicians, singers, and performers from all around the area. The band can often change dramatically from time to time.

During the time this image was taken we had the wonderful fortune of having the members of the Dave Goodrich Band perform as the Ni River Band on that particular weekend.

You can find Dave and his band playing in and around the Fredericksburg area. Please take the time to visit his web site at:  www.DaveGoodrich.com
