* Wide Angle *

While admiring the sky one day I wished that I could have gotten the whole view in one shot. I do have a wide angle lens, but it always gives that strange "fish-eye" effect and everything looks like its in some weird round ball.

But then I had the thought that I could, not only stitch the view together for a panoramic shot, but also to stitch the sky as well.

How I did it:
I took three images across the horizon, and then took three more across the sky. I dumped the images into the computer and stitched the horizon images all together and saved the result. I stitched the three images of the sky together and saved that result. I then took the two new images and turned them on their side and stitched them together and saved that result. I took that and flipped it back right for a normal view. I have performed this vertical stitching before on a few occasions.
