Okay, its time for everybody to get their botanical hats on again and name this flower so I can post it on my web site with a little satisfaction.
I actually took a trip this weekend and got a picture of this flower in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Otherwise referred to as "Rocky Point". I found this beautifully bright colored flower in the landscaping of a resort hotel. The top of this flower measured approximately 4" across from the tips of the petals.
